What warranty do I get on the products I purchase at Great Sun Tech. Corp.?
We warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material under normal use for a warranty period of 12 months from the date of delivery. Should you have any claim during the warranty period we will either replace or repair at our own judgment the spare parts or otherwise remedy to the defect.
The warranty does not cover improper use, inadequate installation or the non-adherence to the manufacturers guidelines as indicated in the provided products' manual. Great Sun Tech. Corp. cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the customer or any third party.
What is the return policy of Great Sun Tech. Corp.?
According to the European law related to commercial practices dated July 14,1991, customers have the right to advise Great Sun Tech. Corp. that they renounce their purchase within 7 working days following the day of delivery, on the condition that the products are returned undamaged and in the undamaged original packaging and within a reasonable time frame (7 working days after notification to Great Sun Tech. Corp). The cost of returning the goods shall be entirely borne by the customer.

Please always mention your order number and the most convenient way for us to contact you. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods Great Sun Tech. Corp. will either credit your credit card (if paid by credit card) or bank account with the original price of the product.
How do I know if / when my order will be shipped?
All products available on the Great Sun Tech. Corp. website Are described in good faith and as accurately as possible. The offers and prices are valid for the day of the site consultation. All prices are VAT Excluded. Great Sun Tech. Corp. cannot be held liable for errors contained in these offers.
The products that are presented on our site are on sale within the limits of our stocks' availability. Great Sun Tech. Corp. keeps accurate stock of its products in order to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. It may however occur that an article is out of stock. You will then be quickly informed and you will be able to cancel your order if you prefer.
Great Sun Tech. Corp. cannot be held liable for any damages stemming from the non-availability of an article.
What happens when I order a product that is out of stock?
After placing an order you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number and the estimated delivery time. You will receive another e-mail when your order has been shipped, when it is expected to reach you and the shipping tracking information.
When your ordered products are in stock, we will be able to ship within 48 hours.
We currently do not have an order status page where you can track your order in real-time but we are working on it and hope to soon provide you with this tool.
