All freight charges are displayed when you use the checkout feature of the shopping.

For manual or special purchases, freight, postage and courier prices are available on request.

BACK ORDERING
 

As with most distributors and manufacturers we sometimes find our products temporarily out of stock. This can be due to a sudden increase in demand, limited production runs and sometimes just plain bad luck. In this case there are two options in purchasing from Sun Group.

BACKORDER
If you find we're out of stock of any particular item you can still order the product in the normal fashion. After we receive your order and payment, we will log you into our backorder system and fulfil your shipment ASAP.

ORDER ADVICE
If you'd like us to advise you when stock is available, you may do this by contacting us via e-mail. As soon as stock becomes available to ship we will contact you be return email. Please note that existing backorders are first to be fulfilled firstly from any new stock arriving.

 


REFUNDS
 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods. If you'd like an opportunity to return goods after the 7 day period you may qualify to take advantage of the Restocking Procedure. (see below)

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.

METHOD OF REFUNDS
Sun Group will refund you in the same manner you paid less Paypal or bank handling charges.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
All we ask is that you print and fill in the details below, and return it with the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.

RESTOCKING PROCEDURE

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site after the first 7 days you may qualify for a refund less a 15% restocking fee.

In order to ascertain whether you qualify for the return we need you to send us a copy of the above information (as per refund).

Upon receipt we will advise you of the outcome of our determination. This procedure and the offer of refund outside of the 7 day period is purely at our discretion.
